You need to disable EAC to use mods, and disabling EAC will only allow you to play offline.

Goku's supposedly going to have it come Extra Pack 2/DLC 6.

I really don't know how they plan on implementing that anyway other than just rehashing goku (again) with that hax dodge crap.

It's not in the game by default, and as aforementioned, the only similar it is data input.

I don't think it'll ever get added, because it would be stupidly OP and completely throw off the balance against any other transformation.

Probably a constant stamina drain with a Ki cost to activate but automatically dodges every attack.

Yeah there is

way to balance that Unless it's stamina drain is so fast that it's almost not worth using at all.
