Best way to clean a PS4 Pro case?

I bought a second hand ps4 pro a few months ago, and noticed that the case has this weird gross kinda sticky feeling to it. I wiped it down, and it was a bit better but still barely had that feeling. What is the best way to clean it? Or are there any websites that sell custom ps4 cases? Thanks in advance! :)

Depends on what that sticky stuff is. 99% rubbing alcohol cleans up most filth, and doesn't harm the case either.

Usually anything with high enough alcohol can clean the stickiness from anything else. Whether it's ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol - don't try that one cause it could remove you from life as well -, rubbing alcohol, fingernail paint remover or even a vodka.

I would say stay away from drinks that are made from grainy things like beer or whiskey though. Some of those can get it sticky again.

Also there was some site that was selling custom made cases but I can't remember it.

Rubbing Alcohol. Look up instructions on taking apart a PS4 Pro and follow it meticulously. Also get some high quality thermal paste to reapply and I even recommend getting some thermal pads to replace the small pads that are in there too.

It's doable, but you need to follo instructions precisely. Cleaning everywhere possible carefully and properly, and replacing thermal stuff, will make a big difference.

70% isopropyl alcohol should do the trick

in addition to the other comments id be concerned that the PS4 had a soda or other sugary drink spilled on it. when they dry it can leave a sticky residue. Youre in for a long weekend of taking it apart and scrubbing everything with rubbing alcohol. The higher % the better.

Just open the case and wipe it like your wiping your ass you won't need rubbing alcohol to risky using a liquid in my opinion just wipe it with a brush or a disinfectant wipe
